That wasn't supposed to happen... 😱

Earlier today, at around 14:00 UTC, we have sent our active customers an email notification regarding one or multiple of their running accounts' reactivation.

Some of these emails sadly are false positives, which means your account might be still disabled. Please check the any account by logging into the App or Instagram Website. If the account is indeed still banned, please re-add it to the Reactivation Center to resume appeals.

We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. As a token of our gratitude, every active customer received $1 in Recap Balance 💸, enough to run an additional account for an entire month, and still have some change left!
